Your Competitive Dance Expense Tracker is now ready to access. Follow the quick steps below to start tracking your dance season.
Step 1 — Check Your Email
You will receive an email with your access link and instructions.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Step 2 — Open the Tracker
Click the Google Sheets access link provided in your email.
This will open the tracker in view mode.
Step 3 — Make Your Own Copy
Before entering any expenses:
Click File → Make a Copy
This saves the tracker to your Google Drive, where you can edit and use it throughout the season.
Important Note
This tracker is view-only until you create your own copy.
Once copied to your Google Drive, you can edit it freely and use it for the entire dance season.
Before You Start Tracking
It helps to have a few numbers ready:
• Studio tuition
• Competition entry fees
• Costume deposits
• Travel costs
• Nationals expenses
Adding these will immediately show your full season investment.
