Thank you for purchasing from FoxArt.ca. We value your trust and want to be transparent about how refunds are handled. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All products sold on FoxArt.ca are digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once access has been granted.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital downloads
Educational resources
Guides, planners, templates, and worksheets
Paid quizzes or digital tools
No physical products are shipped.
Although refunds are not guaranteed, we may consider refund requests only under the following specific conditions:
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we may refund the duplicate order once verified.
Incorrect File Provided
If you received the wrong file due to our error, we will either:
Provide the correct file, or
Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
Corrupted or Unusable File
If a file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement, a refund may be considered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and must include:
Order number
Email used at checkout
Description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or supporting details
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Purchasing the wrong product
Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
Device, browser, or software incompatibility
Inability to open files due to missing apps or outdated software
Download issues caused by internet connection, device limitations, or user error
Teen purchases made without parent or guardian approval
Some FoxArt.ca products are suitable for teens (ages 13–17). However:
All purchases must be completed by a parent or legal guardian (18+)
Parents/guardians are responsible for:
Purchase decisions
File compatibility
Download, storage, and supervision of use
We cannot issue refunds for purchases made by minors without adult consent.
If you experience issues accessing your files, please try the following first:
Check your email spam or junk folder
Confirm the email address used at checkout
Try downloading on a different device or browser
If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order details.
Support assistance does not guarantee a refund unless the product itself is faulty and cannot be corrected.
Before purchasing, please ensure your device and software support the file formats offered (such as PDF, JPG, PNG, or ZIP).
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Missing required software
Format incompatibility
Misunderstanding of how the product is intended to be used

Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the updated effective date. Continued use of the site or purchase of products indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
