These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FoxArt.ca (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all digital products, free resources, quizzes, downloads, and related services offered through the Website.

By accessing, downloading, or purchasing from FoxArt.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use FoxArt.ca only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content without permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with Website security or functionality

  • Use content for commercial purposes unless explicitly licensed

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to content at any time without notice.

2. Age Requirements

A. Free Resources, Quizzes & Email Opt-Ins

  • Free resources and email subscriptions are intended for individuals 13 years of age or older

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13

  • Parents or legal guardians may provide consent on behalf of a minor

B. Paid Digital Products

  • Purchases must be completed by an individual 18 years of age or older

  • Parents or legal guardians may purchase products for a minor

  • Teens ages 13–17 may use products with parental supervision

By purchasing a product intended for a minor, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the purchase and its use.

3. Digital Products

All products sold on FoxArt.ca are digital files delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • All sales are final (see Refund Policy below)

  • Products are licensed for personal use only

  • Files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed

  • You are responsible for downloading and storing your files

4. Prices & Currency

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices may change at any time

  • The price shown at checkout is the final price charged

Any applicable taxes or third-party processing fees will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are due immediately at checkout.


We use trusted third-party payment processors, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Credit and debit card providers

FoxArt.ca does not store or access full payment card details.

6. Delivery of Digital Files

After purchase:

  • Download links will appear on the order confirmation page

  • Files may also be delivered by email

  • Additional access may be available via customer login (if applicable)

If you do not receive your download within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You made a duplicate purchase

  • You received the incorrect product

  • A file is defective and cannot be corrected

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong item

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Device or software limitations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FoxArt.ca, including text, designs, graphics, downloads, branding, and illustrations, is the exclusive property of FoxArt.ca and its creators.

You may not:

  • Share or resell products

  • Redistribute files

  • Post content publicly

  • Modify or claim content as your own

  • Use content for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party platforms to operate FoxArt.ca, including but not limited to:

  • Systeme.io (product delivery, funnels, email services)

  • Stripe & PayPal (payments)

  • Google Analytics (site analytics)

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxArt.ca and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Business interruption

  • Download or access issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoxArt.ca, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized use of content

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of FoxArt.ca constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
