Free resources and email subscriptions are intended for individuals 13 years of age or older

B. Paid Digital Products

Purchases must be completed by an individual 18 years of age or older
Parents or legal guardians may purchase products for a minor
Teens ages 13–17 may use products with parental supervision

By purchasing a product intended for a minor, the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the purchase and its use.

3. Digital Products

All products sold on FoxArt.ca are digital files delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

All sales are final (see Refund Policy below)
Products are licensed for personal use only
Files may not be shared, resold, or redistributed
You are responsible for downloading and storing your files

4. Prices & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
Prices may change at any time
The price shown at checkout is the final price charged

Any applicable taxes or third-party processing fees will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are due immediately at checkout.

We use trusted third-party payment processors, including but not limited to:

Credit and debit card providers

FoxArt.ca does not store or access full payment card details.

6. Delivery of Digital Files

After purchase:

Download links will appear on the order confirmation page
Files may also be delivered by email
Additional access may be available via customer login (if applicable)

If you do not receive your download within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if:

You made a duplicate purchase
You received the incorrect product
A file is defective and cannot be corrected

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind
Purchasing the wrong item
Failure to read product descriptions
Device or software limitations
